You will have to spin for random units from a selected pool of chars to build your team.
If you are not happy with your team you may either
reroll your entire team
or
reroll 1 unit of your team.
For each win you get a chance to reroll 1 or 2 units before your next fight starts. How many depends on your wins.
For example
you vs opponent
2vs 0 ---reroll 2 units
2 vs 1 ---reroll 1 unit
The rerolls will only last for your next fight, they don't stack up.
